How To Stay Free From Cholera Fast


Signs and symptoms of cholera basically appear between 12 to 5 hours after exposure and the signs include diarrhea, vomiting, muscle cramps and dehydration. If you notice any of these symptoms or if you have anyone close to you having these symptoms, please go to the nearest hospital for quick treatment in other to avoid loss of life.

It has been identified that cholera cases have been more severe, as of June 30th 2017 a total of 1558 suspected cases have been recorded including death cases.

 4 Basic Steps to Avoid Cholera

1. Make sure your drinking water is boiled or bottled and safe to drink. You also have to avoid street food because of possible contaminated water used in cooking them.

2. Always insure that your food is carefully cooked. Make it a point of duty to avoid raw foods, vegetables and fruits that you didn't cook yourself because you might not know how it was prepared outside.

3. Always wash your hands after using the rest room, when you get back home from work. And always use your sanitizer.

4. Make sure you keep your surroundings and waste disposal areas very clean and dry. If your bin has no cover, make a point of duty to replace the bin with a covered one.
