Best Treatment for Virginal Discharge

Vaginal discharge is a mucus or pus like stuff that comes out from the vagina.
All women normally have a small amount of vagina discharge, which is clear, milky or slightly yellow. It has no itching or bad smell.

But many women especially during pregnancy suffer from discharge often with itching in the vagina. This discharge may be caused by various infections. Most of them are burdensome, but not very dangerous.


This is a thin and foamy greenish – yellow or whitish, foul smelling discharge with itching, it may cause burning sensation to urinate, sometimes the genitals hurt or are swollen and the discharge may contain blood.


1. Keep the genitals clean. When you take your bath daily, wash well with a mild soap.

2. Also urinate after sexual contact, this helps to prevent urinary infections. This is 20% true and it does not prevent pregnancy.

3. Be sure to clean yourself carefully after each bowl movement or better still when you use the toilet, always wipe from the front of the vagina to the back anal region to ensure safety.


The following tips are important to keep the genitals very clean.

1. A vagina wash or douche

A vagina wash or douche with warm water and lemon juice in water.

Steps – Allow water to enter the vagina slowly for about 3 minutes. Do not put the tube for more than 3 inches into the vagina.

2. Garlic gloves 

You can use garlic gloves as a vagina insert (peel the garlic, take care to put it into the vagina. You can do this before going to bed each night for 10 to 14 days.
